My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is amazing, right in the heart of Andorra with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, could use some finishing touches. The service was welcoming and friendly, but language fluency was sometimes a challenge. The dining experience was good in terms of variety, but pricing was a bit off. Overall, a great place with friendly staff and a central location.
When booking a double room, be clear about wanting a double bed; the room I got was just okay. The TV was old with poor image quality, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. The bathroom was old, with a broken door frame. The space was tiny, even smaller than my bathroom at home.
The hotel rooms were very clean and well-organized with a large bathroom, perfect for our grown-up children. However, the TV had poor quality, no Wi-Fi in the room, and the bathroom showed signs of wear, like a broken door frame.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not as expected initially, with separate beds instead of a double bed, but they were spacious and had a large bathroom. The service was excellent but a bit unkind at times despite the high price paid. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas, but with some restrictions for children. The dining was satisfactory with a good selection for a Spanish breakfast.
